Hiring Managers Name Dependability as Best Soft Skill

The number one soft skill desired by employers is dependability according to a survey conducted by Express Employment Professionals. Continuing education and skills training came in behind along with uniform offerings.

Around 70% of survey respondents placed a high importance on company culture and creativity. 77% stated that they also preferred to train internal employees instead of reaching out for new people for positions.

An Express Employment Franchise owner also expressed the importance of skills training and how small businesses are limited in their ability to provide them.
